The dual use of the building is manifested in the desire to differentiate the two volumes: a ground floor volume of horizontal proportion versus the housing volume which is much more vertical. The materiality of the plinth is of a much heavier consistency, even stony, and will contrast with a lighter volume that seeks to open towards its southeast facade in search of the best views and orientation.

The clay color appears as a finish on some facade elements in a gesture of complicity and wink towards the industrial past of the sector that so much claims its presence in the current urban transformation plan
