The building is part of a newly created residential complex located in the emerging Sector Llevant neighborhood of Viladecans.

The U-shaped volume has its main façade on one of the main arteries of the new urban fabric. Its main use will be for housing and its first floor will house an attractive commercial front that will act as a plinth for the building.

The volume has linear geometric proportions that are determined by the planning. It reaches a height of 7 floors on Pintor Fortuny street, and decreases in height in a progressive and staggered manner as it turns on the perpendicular streets while forming a U-shape, and encloses within it a large green area for community use for the use and enjoyment of future users.

Neutral colors have been used in the chromatic choice: white and gray colors that pay tribute to the simple and orthogonal lines of the building. The clean and minimalist design of the metal railings adds to the essentialist character of the complex…

The building consists of a total of 106 apartments, commercial premises and 115 parking spaces, with a communal garden area with children’s playground.
