The three blocks (76-86-96) are located in a large block bounded by perimeter streets (C/Pompeu Fabra, C/Estronci, C/Cornellà and C/Sanfeliu).
Subject to a specific volumetric arrangement, the planning aims to arrange the building volumes to solve the permeability through the interior passages and make a transition between the existing urban fabric of small plot in front of Sanfeliu street and the new buildings of second floor and 12 heights projected at the opposite end of the island (Estronci street). The parking of the whole block is joint and must be adapted to the unevenness of the streets.
The three blocks that occupy us are also those that house the social housing and the challenge of the project is to integrate these “small” buildings of second floor and 4 heights in the whole without losing their personality.

Compact and energy-efficient blocks, which integrate with the volumetry of the complex and resolve the transition between the existing small-grained urban fabric and the new 12-story buildings.
At the formal level, the aesthetics of the buildings is added to the general aesthetics of the block with white facades, grouping of openings and anthracite gray carpentry and locksmithery. The first floor has a ceramic tile plinth. However, the main facades facing the interior urbanization and the street present a play of earth colors that give the blocks their own character and at the same time bring them closer to the human scale.
