MARINA ILLA B

Project in an area of development of a new neighborhood of mixed uses integrated in the Marina del Prat Vermell of the Zona Franca.

Office building project that is configured in two volumes of PB+13 for the main body and PB+4 for the secondary body. These changes in heights generate the use of a series of terraces by the users of the offices.

Located on the corner of Foc and Cobalt streets, it stands out as a singular piece in the block, both for its height and its geometry. It is misaligned with respect to Cobalt Street and generates a green area that is related to the green pedestrian axes that cross the sector.

The building configures the corner, generating a singular piece of the block as a whole.

Design of a vertical louvers system as a solution to the climate control of the building.
