Multi-family building project on an existing structure paralyzed during the economic crisis.

The program is solved by replacing the original core of four 2-bedroom apartments per floor by alternating two modules. The first has two 4-bedroom apartments, with larger dimensions and double orientation. The second contains three apartments, one 2-bedroom and two 3-bedroom apartments, one of them with double orientation.

Special interest has been put in solving the singular point of the building, the corner that forms the plot on its south side. Because of its special and preferential location, with better orientation and views than the rest of the complex, a differentiated language is proposed at this point but at the same time in dialogue with the rest of the building.

Facade with simple compositional resources, but which in their combination offer a language rich in possibilities and give the building a character of its own.

The repetition of modules and typologies is sought, as well as the definition of industrialized construction systems, in order to optimize costs and work processes.
